Why need Feng Shui

Feng Shui audit

Aligning Personal Energetic Profile with Home Feng Shui

Destiny is not fixed. The choices you make in life shape your future — and Feng Shui is one of those choices worth taking seriously, because it's about the spaces where you live and work. A Feng Shui audit finds the adjustments that suit you best, helping you attract good luck, avoid trouble, clear negative energy, boost your career, and grow your wealth faster. But Feng Shui only really works when it's matched to the people who actually live in the space, and the people who actually run the business — not just the shape and layout of the building. That's why two houses side by side, with exactly the same floor plan, will need completely different Feng Shui adjustments. From the first survey to the final adjustment, we work with one system throughout: Zi Wei Dou Shu. Every solution is built around the individual — because that's the only way Feng Shui can truly work for you.

What kind of building fengshui covers

Factory
Factory

Production lines, machinery zones, warehouse placement, where the office is partitioned off, and how qi enters at the main door.

Office
Office

Seating for the owner and each department, meeting rooms and entrances. Rented premises can be adjusted just as well.

Landed / terrace house
Landed / Terrace

Facing and main door, master bedroom, stove position. Each placement carries a different effect and needs the right pairing or remedy.

Condominium
Condominium

High-rise units are read mainly through how qi is received and through the interior. Even a small unit has adjustments worth making.

Bungalow
Bungalow

Wide grounds mean the surroundings weigh more heavily. A bungalow gives you freedom, so exterior and interior are both handled.

Land selection and new build
Land & New Build

Buying land to build: the surroundings are read first, then the facing of the house to come and every position in the interior design.

How it works

Service flow

While actual Feng Shui site inspections may vary based on site conditions, they generally follow these key steps:

01

Contact & Initial Consultation

Confirm whether the space is residential or commercial, the approximate floor area, and any specific concerns are experiencing. Then, respond with a quote and coordinate a date and time for our site visit.

02

Document & Data Preparation

the birth data of the property owner or principal practitioner, the full property address, and an accurate floor plan.

03

On-Site Inspection

Measure the property's orientation, evaluate the external and internal environments, map key functional areas, review and remark your daily living or operational routines.

04

Layout & Remediation Plan

Based on chart, determine the optimal placements for key areas—such as the main entrance, bed, stove, office, and desk. A detailed report will be provided along with an explanation on how to arrange and position these elements effectively.

05

Follow-Up & Re-Inspection

A second site visit will be conducted after ground-up construction or interior renovation is complete. Re-inspect the space to ensure that all previously recommended layout adjustments and placements have been properly implemented.

Fees vary depending on the specific case and site conditions. Please contact us directly for a customized quote and to schedule your consultation.

About A&U

关于安猷

Secure your present before planning your future.

安 (ān) means to anchor—anchoring your position and calming your mind. 猷 (yóu) means to strategize— finding a solid direction after reading the reality of the situation. Combined, the two words sound exactly like A and U.

Look at your birth chart as a personal wellness report. It breaks down your natural strengths and weaknesses, warns you about what might happen and when, and tells you exactly when to push ahead or play it safe. We don't believe in fatalistic declarations—we believe in using your data to build custom roadmaps.
