Zi Wei Feng Shui

Feng Shui read through your own chart — 紫微阳宅风水, also called 紫斗阳宅 or 紫微风水.

In short

Zi Wei Feng Shui (紫微阳宅风水, also written 紫斗阳宅 or 紫微风水) combines the Zi Wei Dou Shu chart with Yang Zhai (house) Feng Shui. It does not read the building alone: the charts of the people who actually live there, or actually run the business, decide where the main door, beds, stove, desks and cashier should go.

That is why two identical units, side by side, end up with completely different arrangements when different people live in them.

For Feng Shui to really move a person's fortunes, the shape of the building is not enough of a reference — it has to be matched to the people who actually live there and run the business. From the first survey to the final adjustment we work with one system throughout: Zi Wei Dou Shu.

Where the chart shows the home

命盘里哪里看阳宅

A Zi Wei Dou Shu chart has twelve palaces. The Property palace (田宅宫) corresponds to where a person lives and to their real estate. For a Feng Shui audit we first read the person from the chart, then measure the facing and read the exterior and interior on site — and put the two together to fix each key position.

Which spaces we cover

可以看哪些空间

Factory

Production lines, machinery zones, warehouse placement, where the office is partitioned off, and how qi enters at the main door.

Office

Seating for the owner and each department, meeting rooms and entrances. Rented premises can be adjusted just as well.

Landed / Terrace

Facing and main door, master bedroom, stove position. Each placement carries a different effect and needs the right pairing or remedy.

Condominium

High-rise units are read mainly through how qi is received and through the interior. Even a small unit has adjustments worth making.

Bungalow

Wide grounds mean the surroundings weigh more heavily. A bungalow gives you freedom, so exterior and interior are both handled.

Land & New Build

Buying land to build: the surroundings are read first, then the facing of the house to come and every position in the interior design.

How an audit runs

勘察流程

Every site is different, but an audit generally follows these steps.

01

Contact & Initial Consultation

Confirm whether the space is residential or commercial, the approximate floor area, and any specific concerns are experiencing. Then, respond with a quote and coordinate a date and time for our site visit.

02

Document & Data Preparation

the birth data of the property owner or principal practitioner, the full property address, and an accurate floor plan.

03

On-Site Inspection

Measure the property's orientation, evaluate the external and internal environments, map key functional areas, review and remark your daily living or operational routines.

04

Layout & Remediation Plan

Based on chart, determine the optimal placements for key areas—such as the main entrance, bed, stove, office, and desk. A detailed report will be provided along with an explanation on how to arrange and position these elements effectively.

05

Follow-Up & Re-Inspection

A second site visit will be conducted after ground-up construction or interior renovation is complete. Re-inspect the space to ensure that all previously recommended layout adjustments and placements have been properly implemented.

Fees depend on the case and the site. Message us and we will send a quote and available dates.

Frequently asked questions

常见问题
01How much does a Feng Shui audit cost?

Fees depend on the type of space (home, shoplot, office, factory, land for a new build), its size and the site itself — there is no one-size price.

Message us on WhatsApp with the type of space, rough size and location, and we will send a quote and arrange a time.

02What do I need to prepare?

The birth details (date and time of birth) of the owner or the person running the business, the address, and a floor plan of the house or unit.

Because we match the building to the chart, the details of the people who actually live or work there are essential.

03Do I have to renovate or knock down walls?

Not necessarily. Adjustments focus on position and layout: the main door, beds, stove, desks, cashier and so on.

Whether any building work is needed depends on the site and the chart — the plan tells you what to do first and what can wait.

04Can you do a rented home or office?

Yes. Rented premises can be adjusted just as well, focusing on the positions and arrangements you are able to change.

05Do I need to buy Feng Shui ornaments or cures?

Our plans are built on the chart together with position and layout. If a particular case calls for anything else, the report explains why, and the decision is yours.

06Should it be checked again after renovating or moving?

Once a new build or renovation is finished, we make a second visit to confirm the positions were set up as planned.

If you later move, renovate substantially, or the household changes, a fresh review is worth doing.

07Which areas do you cover?

A Feng Shui audit is done on site — measuring the facing and reading the exterior and interior. Message us from anywhere in Malaysia and we will arrange a date and travel.
